Per-Spec-Tiv was formed back in 2008 by Mike Bruns who was searching for a career change, and discovered he had been preparing himself for this business his whole life. The collaboration with Nild Sansone was a natural fit as they had worked together on several projects throughout their 20 year friendship, and Nild himself had just completed several videos for the Connecticut Historical Society Museum.
Founder/Developer of Per-Spec-Tiv
Mike is the Interviewer/Researcher for the business of Per-Spec-Tiv and a life long history buff. He comes from a background of sales and marketing within the Communications and Media field. He has 20+ years experience in the public relations and marketing and customer service areas serving a client base that ranged from Fortune 500 companies to the local non-profit organization and everyone in between, including the everyday consumer. He has traveled on different volunteer projects to preserve history and culture through recordings in China, Peru, Romania, Russia and South Africa.
One of his favorite and most cherished recordings include an audio he captured of his family at Easter in 1976 at the dinner table recounting the dinner and conversation afterwards.
Nild has 35 years of video and sound production and editing experience. He is seasoned at meeting both artistic and technical challenges, whether the end product is on DVD, video for the web or within PowerPoint presentations. He has worked with clients from small to Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, manufacturing, financial and service industries, school systems, and arts & heritage organizations. Nild recently received a grant to work with ten Hartford Arts & Heritage organizations including The Harriet Beecher Stowe House, The Wadsworth Atheneum, and The CT Historical Society to produce videos to expand their audiences and for use in fundraising.
Nild is also presently working with the Connecticut Historical Society to edit video for and help design the theater in their new permanent exhibit.
